The only problem my mom has had is with the cord on the necklace. It won't stay on. Otherwise, no problem with the service.

Had one incident where a fall occurred and the system worked perfectly. Otherwise, we do the monthly tests and the folks respond professionally and quickly. All good after a year of service. We will keep it provided pricing is kept in check.

The emergency response is very, very good. The telephone response to equipment problems can be slow. Hence four rather than five stars.

Great system and customer service. The only thing I would change would be a faster response time when the button is pushed. We have waited 2-3 minutes for someone to respond. Fortunately, we were just testing our system.
