Ditto to above because my mom thank G-d has not had to use it yet, though with her disdain for such things and growing dementia- I am unsure as to whether she'd remember to push the small device buttons I put on low levels in her bathroom and by her bed. The one on a rope she will not wear, but keeps on the dining room table- bit away from where she eats. Hey the service- makes Me feel better. Okay!

Lifestation is definitely excellent...5 Stars. Everyone I've had occasion to talk to has been very helpful and courteous.

Answers right away. Many companies contract out through 3rd parties. If something goes wrong it's pass the buck. Life station monitors their own calls.
