We have had several unintended alerts lately (pushing button when we didn't want to). Life Station has been alert, timely, efficient and kind. That makes for a secure and positive feeling about wearing our lanyards.

They never tried to pressure me in any way. Everyone I have ever had any kind of contact with at life station has treated me or my Mother with respect and kindness. There are a lot of companies out there today however after looking and talking to the competition , LifeStation is the leader hands down!

I haven't had to use it in an emergency yet, but it is comforting knowing it is there if needed. I have not had a single problem with monthly checks!

Reasonable rates - providing AARP discount. Plus their equipment is UL Listed which makes a big difference to me.

We are so glad that we tried LifeStation for my father. He did not want it, but we said let's just try it. When he did have to use it, he was glad he did. They call out to him from the base and he can hear it and talk back to it and tell them what he needs. We get a call to tell us the situation. I am glad he has gotten a discount due to he was in the military.

Accidently pressed button and Fire Dept. showed up within minutes...Felt secure that help came so fast.

I purchased LifestationSave emergency button for my mother just two weeks prior to an incident that, had my mother not wore the call button, she probably would not be here today. My husband and I went away for a weekend and early Saturday morning my mother, who lives alone in a desolate area, tripped over a throw rug in her kitchen. Her shoulder crashed into the corner of a table before mom landed on the floor. My mother recalled that she knew immediately she had broken her shoulder, and lying face down, was totally unable to move at all. Luckily, mom was able to push her button and suddenly a kind voice all the way from the other room was able to hear her loud and clear and comforted her while help was rendered. It took approximately 45 minutes for help to arrive, yet Lifestation personnel kept talking to my mother the whole time. They are very kind and always there, even if my mom accidentally pushes her call button they are there, concerned for her wellbeing. I would highly recommend Lifestation to anyone who wants piece of mind that they are never alone, or for anyone who wants the piece of mind that their aging parent has help at the push of a button if needed!
