I am very satisfied with LifeStation and its service. However, I am frustrated by the fact that I cannot tell if the gadget I wear around my neck is fully charged or not, nor can I tell when it needs charging. Without any indicator light, I don't have the peace of mind that I should have with this product.

The button with the fall detection seems to be a bit more sensitive then necessary. My mother has activated it when putting it on and taking it off. But other than that, we are very pleased.

Usually prompt answer when I check my wrist button. Courteous and knowledgeable representatives. Once my unit was accidentally activated, and when they called, I told them so. A little later I heard loud knocks on my door and was terribly surprised and embarrassed when I finally opened the door to find an ambulance, police car, and another vehicle out front.

My only concern is the amount of time from when the button is pressed to when someone comes on the line.
