Overall very pleased with Life Station. However, the one time my mother activated and I was notified as first notification, it came across as 800 number which I promptly ignored. It should show the name when it comes across as emergency showing Life Station. They promptly notified emergency personnel several minutes laer. I have since put the number in my phone as contact so it doesn't happen again.

My mother is 89 years old and lives alone. LifeStation gives me peace of mind.

I have not had to use it since I got it and I thank God for that. I feel safe with it in my home and necklace around my neck. Only thing I did know know is that it does not cover if I am not in my immediate yard. Maybe was told and forgot but this means I need to add on and that cost more money.

I thought of canceling this service b/c we've never used it except for the monthly test. I hesitated & about 2 days after thinking this....my husband had to use it....they were FANTASTIC ..... so this means that NEVER again will I think of doing this. This was a life saver for us.

The staff are very responsive to when I call them with questions and very thorough on all answers and explanations. Response is awesome to the first responders.

Our mother had one incident, and fell, had to go to ER. All of the procedures on who to call and what to do went just as it should. The system works well
