I researched the best home help alert companies before selecting Life Station. For the price, courtesy, responsiveness, this was the best selection. The pendant could be worn in the shower, a must, since many falls involve the bathroom. The staff was kind and courteous. We ended the program when Mother required round the clock care, until then we were happy to have the added security of Life Station.

Always responsive on the phone. Never had any problems just times to Check in or ask questions. Dry helpful and courteous.

The system is for my 96 yr old mother who is alone many hours during the day when I am at work. Have had several accidental button presses and a few real emergency situations. Life station alert is beyond excellent. They are quick to respond, they keep her on the line while going thru the contacts list, and assure her help is on the way. The times she hits the button in error they always say "no problem ", call anytime. I checked Life Alert 1st. They were rude, pushy, and high pressure selling. When I told them I was going to check other cos., the rep said I didn't care about my mother and hung up on me. Life Station Alert rep was courteous, answered all my questions and gave me an accurate price quote. I am completely satisfied.

My Father-in-Law was who we purchased this for. It was a relief for my husband and I for him to have this device. Unfortunately my FIL ended up in the hospital, then rehab where he ultimatley passed away, but we were grateful to have him protected while alive.

Life Station has provided excellent service, and it has provided me with a great peace of mind to know that help for my elderly father is just minutes away. It has allowed him to remain independent, which is our goal.

I purchased it for my mom 3 years ago. The best thing I ever did - it's like a guardian angel.. She had to use it once and all worked out as it was supposed to. We test the equipment once a month and the reps that answer are very friendly. We test it in different rooms and they hear us and we hear them loud and clear. Excellent.
