We had Lifestation installed at both my parents and my husband's mother's home. Both have used the service in an emergency. Lifestation personnel was very helpful. We like the fact that someone stays on the phone with them while another person is arranging help. We have peace of mind knowing they can get help quickly in an emergency. It is also very reasonably priced compared to similar services.

With in a few days of getting my LifeStation, I fell and ended up in a position I couldn't move. I pressed the alert button. Within 15 minutes Hollywood FL fire rescue arrived and put me in a chair. They checked me out and found I did not require any further treatment. Had it not been for my alert system, I would have remained where I fell For at least 10 hours. Thank you Life Station!

I'd definitely recommend Life Station to anyone. They are quick to respond to my mother's needs. They have very kind and compassionate operators who respond to her calls. The operators also speak in very clear English, which makes it easy for Mom to hear and understand, as she has a hearing deficiency. They are also patient and never are short with her. This is so important to my brother's and I. We know we can always count on them for a quick response. Thank you Life Station.

I have not personally experienced LifeStation but gave it to a friend and her daughter's now enjoy peace of mind.

My aunt who was in her 80s benefited from Life Station three times: 1. When seh fell down due to Afib, 2. When she fell and broke her leg, 3. Once she just fell and could not get up. I was notified promptly every time and was able to get to the hospital in a timley manner.
