We chose the mobile unit (necklace) …
We chose the mobile unit (necklace) because mom was driving and we wanted her protected wherever she went. She did have to use it a few times and the service was excellent. Everyone was very helpful and kind, we have recommended LifeStation to many people. Thank you for the peace of mind.

Lifestation employees are great
Lifestation employees are great! Very courteous and responsive to calls, whether it be just making sure the device is operating properly or responding to an emergency call. I definitely would recommend this company. The only thing that I see is a problem is the button falls out of the wrist band. After telling Lifestation about this problem, they did send out another band, however, still having the same problem and can lose the button.

Very trustworthy and has been on the job when my mother needed help. Appreciate all the extra checks when she accidentally pushes the bracelet. Would recommend your company to others who are looking for this type of service.

Lifestation has been wonderful
Lifestation has been wonderful. It offers peace of mind knowing that my mother is not really alone. The service has been great and the customer service is outstanding. It has been worth every penny. I would absolutely recommend LifeStation to anyone who is worried about your elder family member who lives alone.
