The Lifestation subscription is for my 91 year old Dad who lives 120 miles from me. Recently, we added the fall detection feature and customer service could not have been easier to work with. A week or so ago, I received a call from Lifestation informing me that they had received an alarm from Dad's residence, could not reach him by phone and were dispatching help. It turned out that Dad had accidentally pressed his call button while outside. The EMT personnel were there in under 10 minutes, much to Dad's surprise. I could not be happier with Lifestation.

Life Station gave me and my children the confidence that I'd be safe,without,constant surveillance. That was a major role in my recovery.
