Customer service was top notch.

I couldn’t ask for a better system for my elderly father. It just gives me peace of mind knowing that although he wants to continue to live on his own that we have the security of knowing that if something happens to him that the emergency system is right there to assist him for immediate help. When we test the system the operators are always friendly and courteous and quick to answer thank you life station.

Service help with new necklace. It was more sensitive than the old one so I needed to adjust the length.

Last January my dad slipped in the apt. He was alone it was 9:00 in the evening. He pushed the button and within seconds a voice came on asking if he was ok. He told them he needed an ambulance. They placed the call and stayed on with him to make sure he maintained calm and secure knowing he wasnt alone. I cant say enough about the product and the genuine care they take of your loved ones. I do believe anyone living alone should get this no matter what age
