Great company. I got the life alert system for my mother who had it for 3 years before she passed away. Always had great response every time my mother had to activate it. Not to mention all the times she didn't know she has pushed the button. So when my father needed a system I contacted the same one. He has had to use it many times with a prompt response. The company sends an email to me when it's been pushed since either don't live close by. Sometimes I get notified by them before family called me. My mother counted on that button since she lived alone and now my dad does

Have not had an emergency but every time I test the unit it works and I get a quick response.
