Great service! I test the system monthly and the team is always there for me. Very helpful, courtious, and professional. I hope we never need their services, but I feel much better about my mother living on her own knowing LiftStation is there. More than worth the cost!

I got this service for my aunt who is 92 and lives alone and LifeStation has been so helpful in the few times she has pushed her button. It gives me peace of mind also that if she does need help and cannot get to the phone, it only takes a minute for her to alert the call center. Installation was simple and easy too. Yes, I would recommend this company to anyone!

LifeStation did a great job when my relative fell and was unable to get up. They could not get a good response from her so they called emergency responders and stayed on the line until they arrived and took care of her needs. They also called us and gave us update. All turned out well and am very comforted by having their service.
