operators have been most kind to accidental alerts

I have been fortunate enough to have a Life Station for about 3 years now and I don't know what I would do without it. I am 80 years old and live alone and have a tendency to fall and I am a heavy person. Getting me up off the floor is a chore and I need some strong men to help me. I have fallen at least 4 times inside my apartment and needed help to get up. The person on the phone has always been so accommodating and got me help right away. I did call once for an ambulance to take me to the ER due to a breathing problem. Again, they were right here (EMTs and Firemen) and got me there very quickly. I fell last week at a restaurant and thank goodness my daughter was there to get me up with some help from another person. I just ordered the GPS to replace the one I have and now I don't have to worry about falling when I am outside my apartment. Thank you so much for this device and my children thank you also.

Once this was set up, the process has been tiny because the only times I and the pendant have engaged with Lifestation were two times when I triggered it by accident - they were very nice about it. Dealing with them was orderly and they had a series of payment plans, one of which, providing for automatic payment has gone forward without any difficulty. My son, who is a health care insurance professional, recommended Lifestation as one of four companies among many which he had researched and considered reliable, and they seem to be, by one who has had no medical interactions yet, and only courtesy when I set the pendant off by hugging a frozen duck while wearing it while cooking.

i had one instance where my alert accidentally went off and I was unaware of it they sent help immediately. I would definitely recommend LifeStation

I don't have any experiences to report. Sometimes I remember to check in and say that I am okay, but what I am really doing is checking to see that someone is listening for my voice. Just like to know that you are really there. And you are.

LifeStation is very responsive. My friend has triggered her alert several times recently and LifeStation always responds appropriately. Like another pair of eyes when nobody else is around.

Luckily I did not have an emergency, but when I accidently touched the button my alarm went off immediately. Therefore, I know that I do have an accident in my home, they will call me.
