Thankfully haven’t had to use it.

Fortunately, I have not needed my LifeStation but, since I live alone and a long distance from my family, it gives all of us a sense of security. Now and then I test my unit or call to receive the comfort of knowing that they are there and they always answer quickly. I have fibromyalgia so cannot wear the unit around my neck but it fits nicely into the bottom of my bra with the emergency button facing out. I can reach emergency personnel immediately.

I think Life station does an excellent job. I had a small issue that required us to change how calls went out and PlayStation was diligent in resolving my issue. They are also excellent when needed !

Life station is very helpful. i got it for my grandmother that lives in a different state then me and I love that they notify me when something has happened.

My mother-in-law has had to use LifeStation a couple of times now. Both times someone from LifeStation quickly answered the alert and took care of business. It's one of the main reasons she can stay in her home alone.

We had to used it a couple of times. The service was prompt and efficient!

Reliable. We have had way too many false alarms. However, the staff calls in a relatively short time and are very courteous and understanding. We have only had one "emergency". The EMT's were summoned promptly and we had attention in a timely manner. So far, it works splendidly!

Quick,efficient,service and through put. Helps to know that there is another set of eyes on my mom. Thanks for your product.
