Peace of Mind at Last

Customer Service is very good and when an item is needed or instructions for the operation and syncing of the button with the system they are very easy to understand and happy to help. I would recommend this system as it is answered promptly when tested and loud enough to hear from one end of the house to the other both in announcement and reply by customer. There is a lot of peace of mind that my family member will get help if needed with this equipment.

I can’t express the relief I have experienced knowing my parent’s health and safety are in such good hands. We live several hours away so we needed a service to monitor their activities and get help fast if needed. LifeStation is a great service and value.

My device kicks off by accident a lot. My fault, I either hit it on a counter, drop it on the floor or lean against something and like magic, there is the Life Station operator checking on me. They are always polite and reassuring that I am not driving them crazy. Their patience and kindness are two qualities that are important. The mishaps give me something to giggle about because I am so clumsy, but a relief to know that they check on me even though they are false alarms. I'm satisfied with the service and have recommended to family and friends.
