The operators are professional and speak my name as soon as they answer. So far, I have only had to test it monthly but I have noticed that after I end the test, they also call me immediately on my landline and cell phone.

I've not had an emergency since I've had the products but I've tested it on a regular basis.They answer almost immediately and are very professional. So I am confident in an emergency I would have very fast and good service.

Wonderful very fast service, paramedics were great, helped me immediately kind, thoughtful, could not ask for better attention and care. I am 88 years old so was important to me to have kind care. God Bless everyone. B. Ridgway

My mother has used the LifeStation for three years now. She loves it and would be very anxious without it. I too love it because I can feel safe that she can get help if she needs it and I will be notified too. Mom is reticent to use electronic equipment but this is simple to use and she depends on it.

The benefit of the GPS unit we chose is that it gave our loved one who was still very independent and active, the opportunity to leave his home or drive his car and still be a push button away from receiving help if he needed it. It gave us peace of mind knowing that he could get help any time he was alone. We tested the unit once a month or so to make sure it was working properly and we never had a problem. We would highly recommend this unit to individuals who are still mobile and often are away from their home alone.

The life station is great and works good and it price great.

They always call and email as soon as a event has happened.
