Always reliable and great customer service!

This service met my need to have a convenient method of alerting professional services in the event I had a need. Fortunately I didn't need help but it was comforting to have that capability when living alone.

I had no issues with it or the company. I had the fall detection model and accidentally dropped my pendant and it worked someone was calling me and the neighbors. It was worth the piece of mind. You have to remember to wear it though, LOL does no good sitting on the dresser. There are more expensive alternatives but why bother, I don't see how they could do any better.

The portable panic button was pushed accidentally as we all left the house, but we know the system/process works because the neighbor called when she saw the fire department trying to get into the house. She had seen us leave so she was able to intervene, but if it hadn’t been an accident and happened while my mother was alone the outcome would have been very different. What I don’t know is why none of the people on the notification list were called, but in a real emergency I’m inclined to think it was better they called and when they couldn’t reach her at home they automatically dispatched someone.

I both hear and clearly understand each person who has responded to me. Both kindness and caring in their voices. No real emergencies yet. Thank you I feel as if I have a friend along with me.
