My father had one of these when he was home. When he fell in his bathroom, he called out and the base unit called him to see if he was ok. He explained that he was ok, he had fallen and could not get himself back up. They called for help and EMS came to his aid. I recommend this unit. My father was very appreciative of the Veteran discount.
