I had no problems. They delivered what they had promised.

I provided my elderly mother with this and it worked very well for her. The service was great and even when she accidentally set it if was always treated kindly. The fall detection worked for her to get the help she needed. I would recommend this service.

I have felt so much better having the Lifestation in case I fall. It has given confidence in being alone.

System has worked very well for my 92 year old dad. He has inadvertently sent an alarm on several occasions and gotten a quick response. No need to test system periodically - my dad routinely confirms the system performs correctly

What surprised me the most about LifeStation is that our loved one could use the device for whatever she needed and not just for a life threatening situation. My mother in law would use it to call my husband during her daily activities when she needed some extra help. What a great service for a person that may no longer be able to dial a phone get connected to help. Thanks LifeStation!
