I have not had to use it yet, but it is a great comfort to know that if I needed it they are there to help.

I love love LOVE this aide!!! I take care of both my elderly parents. Several l times now my mother has had to push the button to help when my dad has fallen down. In times of crises, it was hard for her to keep composer. She was in a state of shock. LifeStation made is easy!! She did not have to look for a phone or fumble the cell phone which is hard to see and maneuver when old and upset. Thank you LifeStation you saved my dad and helped my mom!!

Excellent product/service for elderly mother. It helps my mother feel safe and know that emergency help is just a button away 24 hours a day. This gives me peace of mind knowing my mother will be cared for when I am not available. Well worth the money.

It works great.

I acquired this system for my Mother approximately two years ago. She is confined to a wheel chair, lives alone, and is 94 years old. My siblings and I were afraid she would fall and be unable to get up on her own. She did fall once and the Life Station representative called my brother, who lives a mile away, and he and his wife went to her and helped her get up. The only other use we've had is when we test the unit and the representatives have always been cordial and under-standing.
