Great machine and good service

I have not needed to use the service but every time I have used it to test the system I have gotten a prompt response

I have four grown daughters who live out of state and one overseas. My oldest was worried about me living alone, and purchased the Life Station. I’m not tech savvy but this was an easy set up. I accidentally pressed the button while cleaning and all four of my daughters got alerts regarding me, even the daughter in Japan,too. The people were friendly and so understanding when I told them it was a mistake. Thank Goodness I haven’t had to use them, it’s a nice peace of mind. FYI, they gave my daughter a military discount, so nice of them.

It is better to get an alert before you need it as I did. Had to learn the hard way. Do not wait to get this. It is comfort not only for you but for your loved ones. This is ok to shower with and where do you need it the most? Bathroom of coarse, as that is where a lot of people fall. And this one has the speaker in the thing-a-ma-gig around your neck or wrist so it is right there to talk when ever needed so your are not yelling to another room to talk with someone. What more can I say> Go for it!

My dad thinks he can find something cheaper but when we check it out this is the cheapest unit. We have been very pleased with the service. I like that they contact me if his life alert goes off. He usually just accidentally hits it but glad you all are on top of it. Thanks
