I like that everyone on the list gets notified when the the alert button gets activated but it would also be nice to know in a follow up test/email if the life alert operator was able to communicate with my mother and give a status update. I live three hours from my mother and sometimes I don't know what to do if I cant get a hold of someone.

Have only had contact when I set it off by accident. Everyone has been so polite and seem to be very caring.

Life Alert is the best. My mother is now in a skilled nursing environment and no longer needs this device; however, it gave us so much peace of mind knowing she wore it. The response time is immediate when the alert goes off, and there is someone on the phone to determine if help needs to be called for assistance. This is a great company. I give it five stars. Thank you
