Have not needed to use the unit yet, but knowing I am always covered is a Great feeling for my wife and I.

When we decided it was time to get a monitoring station for my mom, I did a lot of research including reliability, cost, ease of use and whether or not there was a long term contract necessary. I found many other companies had restrictive contracts, hidden fees, poor ratings and more. Lifestation was our first choice, and we were very pleased. Their customer service was friendly, informative, and expedited the Lifestation equipment to us. My mother accidentally pushed the alarm button by leaning on it at least 6 times, and every time Lifestation handled it calmly and reassured my rattled mom that it was nothing to be embarrassed about. We highly recommend Lifestation to anyone considering a monitoring station, and have recommended it to friends of ours that were in need of one due to their parents situation. Lifestation is a quality product and a quality company.

After much research, my brothers and I got a Life Station for my mother after she suffered a bad fall. The service was terrific and she got very comfortable wearing the necklace any time she was home. The friendly monthly check in tests of the system reassured us that the system was working. We are so appreciative of having a reliable, efficient and easy to use alert system.

I have been very please with the service of LifeStation. They have followed thru with my second caller when I call your service. At least my emergencies have not been life threatening. The girls who answer my call are very professional and pleasant. They do ask me if I am in trouble and have told them no and did a stupid thing in losing my balance. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Life Station has been a big relief to us. Our parents have needed it on several occasions,and everything worked perfectly. They have been able to stay in their own home and we have the peace of mind that help is only a pushed button away. Life station was also the most reasonably priced. With all their other medical expenses, this was a big help.

My mother recently fell and I was temporarily unavailable. Emergency personel were dispatched and all ended well . Thank you very much.
