It was easy to order this item, and the person I spoke with was very detailed and friendly while explaining the necessary items I needed to know. I especially appreciated not having to go through a complicated procedure to hook up the system. I have not had to take it off, but once in awhile the connection on the cord pulls apart and I need to put it together. It usually happens when I am taking off or putting on a slip on top. I am very happy with everything with my medical alert system.
