I was being taken, via wheelchair service, to my departure gate at an airport. Without realizing it, I accidentally pressed the Help button on my device. With all the general airport noise, I did not hear whatever was said by my device. LifeStation used their GPS service to see where I was, then contacted airport security to check on me; security paged me. I reported to security that I was fine and it was all an accident. LifeStation also sent a follow-up message. Lesson: Be more careful clutching my carry-on while riding in a wheelchair and LifeStation does whatever it takes to make sure I’m OK!

The only thing i have against it is having to ware it on the outside of your shirt Evan tho, I understand why. For a working person, if I kept it on the outside of my shirt it would be going off all the time by accident.

Seems to be working ok … have not had an incident to need to use… I wear wrist alarm all the time
