Process of obtaining was easy with insurance and Life Station working cooperatively together. Set up was easy peasy. If any concerns is my wife's thinking she is going to accidently hitting the life alert button on watch. I keep telling her it would be ok that all she needs to do is hit X and say test.

The staff have been above and beyond…
The staff have been above and beyond helpful. I'm 70 and can't see small writing. They gave clear instructions, and waited while I wobbled across the room to find a working outlet. I am very pleased with this company!

Life Station is a great company to work…
Life Station is a great company to work with. I have their watch and I am comforted with the fact that it tracks my location should I need help.

Upgraded unexpected 🙏✨✨😘
I ordered 1 for myself and and there was 2different units send. The delivery seemed to be in a huge rush and did not even hand delivered.*****Update***** Had a wonderful surprise and I was delivered an New and improved one. Was unexpected but humbly grateful for all the amazing support. Will most definitely recommend to all I know for next time. Definitely will keep on stand by. Thank you so much.

Frankie was totally helpful
Frankie was totally helpful. Answered all my questions and gave me all the options. We had a great conversation about his grandmother and her use of the device. GiVe Frankie a raise. Have not received my device yet, but am anxiously waiting for it.
