Just about everything from a promised call following day for payment, that never happened. Not given quoted price..told I wouldn't be charged yet and was immediately. To days passing and nothing, reached out only to he told my payment had been declined.....and it wasn't. Yep....not a great start

After I asked to cancel service and receive a refund, the necklace was still send to me. Despite repeated calls assuring me that the return label has been sent, I have not received it be email or regular mail. But I do get incessant calls asking why I haven't set up my service.

Order was originally placed 1/22, and received confirmation email. Everything seemed great! On 1/27 received emails for Service Agreement and set up instructions, both of which had errors. I called Customer Service, very muddled process to correct. It appears two orders were submitted internally. I can only hope that all is straightened out now. It would be good to receive a confirmation of the complete order information, or better, have an online portal which I could access.

My mom had fall protection,fell and spent the night on the floor because her button didn't work, fell again, flat on her face - button didn't work, the company offered no competition, not really even an I'm sorry. She had black eyes and everything.

I was given all the information and I gave my credit card info and THEN SHE SAID it would be 5-7 days for delivery. I TOLD HER I was leaving to go back to Illinois could I pay for rush delivery. She said NO. I SAID maybe I will look for a company that can deliver quicker. She said it was too late for me to change my mind the order was already processed at that moment. She continues to say “it would cost me more to go somewhere else and that my refund that she just processed would take 7 to 10 days so I really was stuck and had no choice. My suggestion is let people know upfront how long it’s going to take to receive it because maybe that makes a difference whether they go with your company or look for someone where they can get it quicker because in this case I have to go back home and my dad will be alone here, I would’ve liked the alert before I went back so I could explain it to him so that we could test it but now he hast to do that on his own and I hope it works out so like I had no options

Obtaining information was very confusing. It took several calls to gather all the correct information, only to have another option given, which really was't an option. I was given a contact number for customer service of 800.998.2400, yet on my first email from Life Station another number 800.446.3300 is the number stated to call. When I tried to get clarification, each representative had a different reason for the two numbers. No one could explain why there isn't just on number. No where in the information provide do I remember that the batterie on the GPS only last 5 days.
