I was able to get connected right away to a representative, she was incredibly polite, helpful, and understandable. She was a veteran, and recognized and thanked me for my father's service. I would definitely recommend this service based on our family's experience thus far. I'm looking forward to the peace of mind that this service hopefully provides.
