I had been considering the need for me to have an alert system. I live alone and have no family in the area. The gentleman that called me answered all my questions about the system. After checking with he's manager a couple of times as far as delivery, he did come back with a lower price which was an incentive to go with life station.

I spoke with Christina. She was knowledgeable, kind, professional and clear in her presentation. She was informative in a step by step format making it easy to understand. I enjoyed her so much. You don't always get information from representatives when you talk to companies. This is not the case here. Christina was wonderful. Thank you Christina
