Great life saver
The attendant who we spoke to was very thorough in explaining the details of the various details of the system available, once we told him about our needs. We are extremely comfortable and satisfied with what we learned about how the devices can assist in an emergency situation.

Great customer service reps
Great customer service reps! I spoke to 3 different people because I kept asking different questions & they were able to take time with me each time I called. They were able help me make the best decision on which products would work best for our situation.

Your salespeople
Your salespeople, especially "Tommy" & "Frankie"were exceptional. They provided me with the correct information without prodigious on the pros & cons of all the other companies I was considering. Good people!
