The phone answer time from the initial test call off the equipment took approximately 10 minutes, this is unacceptable. This is way too long, the person on the other end may need an emergency response immediately.

We purchased the system and our annual subscription was renewed automatically. After one month, we did not need the system and were told we would be refunded the unused months. However, upon returning the system, customer rep. said that was not the case and we owed the entire annual amount. This is unreasonable and was falsely communicated by two sales people verbally that we would be refunded anytime we quit using this service.

I have this for my 95 year old father who still lives on his own. The box went haywire and kept screaming Emergency, Emergency and wouldn't shut off! Even made my dad's phone line go dead! He was crying when I got to his house cause he couldn't handle the screaming plus not having a land line to reach any one. Piece of crap customer service. DAD ENDED UP IN THE HOSPITAL DUE TO SHORTNESS OF BREATH CAUSE OF THIS INCIDENT. STAY AWAY!!!

Well, I no longer needed this device for my Mother, cancelled it and I am still getting charged for it. She is deceased, had to clear her home so I was unable to get the device returned it 10 days as stipulated. I cannot get an answer if I will be reimbursed or not. So no...I will never work with this company again.

It's only a matter of time until I shall attempt to return this. Installation is too complicated!!!!! Several have tried, and failed.... the unit is now of no use to me -- and I procrastinate reference returning it because I suspect there will be a big hulabaloo. A major mistake on my part; I acted too hurriedly in making this purchase!

My son, who is incapacitated by advanced MS refused to use the device. I have returned it without removing it from the box in which it was sent. I have called LifeStation, a representative led me to believe I would not receive any refund, and would continue to be billed until they receive the unused device. What more can I say?
