I reported several months ago about your errors on the results of the exam. My personal physicians said it was a hoax and I should not have spent the money nor should I have ever been caused the unnecessary anxiety I experienced. I do not wish to hear from your agency again!

I guess I had a unrealistic idea of the service this company provided, because I thought they did a wellness check or you could do a check in Your self.... :( especially when the device wasn't working ?_? And I was told I could shower or bath while wearing the device, Yeah not good I don't know what happened but it stopped working, and I was paying for a broken device... Then when I called and cancelled they kept charging me. I should of listen to my neighbor She said it's not worth getting....

Ever since my parents switched to digital machine the delay in response time is horrible.They had an emergency last night and were put on hold with music at 3:45 in the morning!! This is unacceptable what good are you if you don't respond immediately!!!

I had nothing but "HORRIBLE" experiences with my Lifestation Unit. everytime there was a Thunderstorm, Power Outage or Electrical Glitch my Lifestation would malfunction and even knock out our Wireless internet ISP connection to the point that Our ISP Provider would have to make an Office Visit to get our business equipment back online. We have a 3 Acre Yard but with Lifestation I was limited to 50 Feet from the base or I'd loose my protection. All Around, I would think long and hard before I'd sign-up for a Lifestation again. JM

After signing on for Life Station service I received the pendant in the mail with no instructions on the use of your service. I did not get information on how to activate and test the system. I called your Customer No-service Department to get some instructions info and was informed that they DO NOT provide that. After wearing the device for a few days it announced while I was in a diner that I should call in immediately. I pushed the button, not knowing what else to do and got no response. When I got home, the rescue squad was waiting for me there. They were sent to my home rather than the diner. Wrong response.

I got life station for my mother in law. She had a heart attack fell in floor. It did not work. She passed away later after I found her at hospital. Fall detection does not work.

Don't like the company. I never get to talk to the same person twice. Always have to review my notes when I call. The person I want to talk to is always "out that day". Must be very high turnover. Also, the monitoring company for the burglar alarm at work is at the same address but called Affiliated. Are they the same company?
