My initial call was for information about your services. Mainly explanation about touch system and fall detection. Made inquiries to other companies. What was the difference between one company. I was very satisfied with explanation. Then, it was price inquries. Your policy to pay in full was an added bonus. Second call was from your representive. Then,I called saying I was ready to purchase your product.
