Recommend by AT&T Aetna. Very happy with the experience. Forgot the name of representative, but was very nice. Explained every detail. Made it easy for a non-gadget 78 year old! I look forward to receiving my bracelet.

Initial call was with Maria
Initial call was with Maria, VERY helpful, answered all our questions. After research, called back to order and spoke with Frankie, who was as equally helpful and make the process easy. This is a big decision for my parents, and you guys made it comfortable and easy.
