Frankie was very informative
Frankie was very informative. I felt he had a genuine interest in my mom’s health and situation and recommended all options that met our needs. He was not pushy or focused on “hard selling me” or scaring me into a decision. He presented the choices and helped me make an informed decision on which device to order. He had a calm and caring demeanor and you could really tell he believed in the product as well as the company. My overall experience was great and at a time I really needed things to go smoothly. I felt confident with my purchase.
Everyone I spoke with was helpful and gave me information that helped me select the right product. I am a user and my elderly father has been falling and he lives alone. I am handicapped and live 4 hours from him. We selected the Fall Detection unit.
