This is David. I have no money to pay for the service or any phone. I had to go to Starbucks WiFi to do this. Last time that thing been turn on was in June. I haven't even charge that up. How can I send it back to you? I have no home now.

Poor Customer service. Operators, who supposed to be well trained to communicate clearly and legibly with a person in need, are unable to do so! No multi-lingual operators as promised when signed up. When I requested to discontinue service, they failed to issue refund for payment. Do not recommend LifeStation! If you care about your loved ones take your business somewhere else.

Hello Patricia, Thanks for contacting us! I can see on your account here that you have called and are cancelling your service. We're happy to close your account, but please know that since we are protecting people's health and lives, all devices at customer locations must be monitored and we need the device to be returned in order to know that the account can be closed. As soon as we receive your unit we will immediately close your account. I will inform you once this happens.

When I called for a cost estimate I was asked for a credit card to hold a special rate. I said I would call the next day and let them know if I wanted to move ahead or not. I called the next day to say I did NOT want to move ahead. Months later I noticed that I had been charged every month for this service which we were not receiving and they were not cooperative in getting the service cancelled...

Save your money and try another system. Ordered this unit for my mother the first of January. Other than the initial set up calls we don't think the unit ever worked. When she tried her first monthly check we discovered the unit was not working. Called customer care which confirmed the unit was not working. Waited for special box to return the unit, we were without the unit almost 3 weeks. But we were still charged for full monthly service fees. Then we set he second unit up and thought it was working. It kept beeping at odd times and she'd press the button and no one ever answered her call. Good thing it wasn't an emergency! Since this unit did not work properly either mom decided she was done and tried to return this unit. She was charged 3 3/4 month fees in all for two units which other than the first day of set up never worked properly.

No one answer the phones.... Called at 15:45 hrs put on hold till it just switches you to leave your name and number and we'll get back to you.... STOP TRYING AT 14:15 hrs. Anybody actually there?
