First Experience With LifeStation
Your representative, Justin, was knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. He made my experience very easy. Other customer service representatives should strive to perform their jobs the way Justin does.

Phone was answered right away
Phone was answered right away. Sherrie explained how everything works in the system, costs, and time frames. I like that there is no contract, and the 10 second response time. No sales pressure.

What my experience great was the fact…Complete Satisfactory Service
What my experience great was the fact that once the call got disconnected, the representative called right back. Sherry was professional, attentive and compassionate. She explained the device with knowledge and experience, and discussed the process and pricing. Sherry mentioned the company which is important as it relates to emergency critical care. I'm so excited to work with a company that works for and with customers.
