The friendly helpful people to work withperson who sold us a life alert
The person who sold us a life alert was friendly courteous & helpful we loved the veteran discount the other places we looked into charged a lot more after we made our decision one of the companies called us & we told him we went with someone else he then say he could give a better deal & we said sorry he should have offered that first so good by

Purchasing New Service
Purchasing New Service I initially went on line to buy the product but I received an error message that my order could not be processed and suggested calling customer service. Which I did. The agent who helped me understood the situation and took my order over the phone. She was very pleasant and kind.
