I spoke with two representatives. The first just to get information - no attempt to "hard sell" me, for which I was grateful. I checked a few other companies and decided to go with LifeStation. I called back and within a few minutes was all signed up and the device was ordered! So easy! Thanks!!

Edit: Wow! They called me right back after I wrote the review and are overnighting the device! I’m sincerely impressed! Thank you so Much!! Guess there was a glitch in the system. 😊 I ordered it on 12/02/2024 and the lady said it would arrive within 7 days and now they are just now processing payment and shipping on December 11th? Come one,,, do better! I sure hope this isn’t a precursor to how the service will be!! Now my Mom will be alone until it gets there because my Daughter has to leave back to California. And she was going to help set up and test it. I’m not happy.
