Customer service person Sherry, was knowledgeable and very clear and concise on what we can expect from this product. Hoping the delivery process is as good as Sherry was in our conversation. Also hoping this device is as good as advertised for my brother Neal.

The service representative was very helpful
The service representative was very good except when I received the Service Agreement I found my first and last names were misspelled even though I had spelled both names for the Representative. I contacted Customer Service and they corrected the error.
