Thank you for the review Angelina. While we strive to have an immediate response every time the button is pressed, it is not something that we can guarantee 100% of the time. This is because we need to take each button press seriously, and so the monitoring specialists take the time that they need in order to ensure that each customer is safe before they continue to the next call. There are only so many specialists to care for our thousands of customers, so while it is unfortunate, we can not say with 100% certainly that every button press will be answered immediately.

Lois, it sounds like you have a few concerns and I'll try to address them all. As far as checking to see if your system is working, we actually do that once per week with out needing to call you. We perform a silent weekly test on all of your equipment to ensure it's working properly and your system looks great. The reason our volume is so loud is for two reasons; many of our users are hard of hearing and our equipment is also designed for homes as well. It's very important to us that we can be heard clearly in any situation. Finally our response time is already one of the fastest in the industry and we are still making strides to improve that everyday. We never like to hear that our service was anything less than outstanding. There are times when our Monitoring team is so busy dealing with other emergencies that they can not answer every button press immediately 100% of the time. We strive to be as quick and efficient as possible each time the button is pressed, but because there are only so many specialists we can always promise an immediate response when we have thousands of customers potentially pushing the button.
