Patience paid off
This was my second call to your company today. The first time I hung up after 10 minutes, even though an announcement said I would receive a discount for waiting. At the second time, Abdul answered immediately and answered all my questions in a personal and complete manner.

Clear info
I was impressed with the way the caller explained everything so I could understand and she also has a great personality, which put me at ease. She also helped to get me a rate that I could afford. She keeps in touch to see if I have any questions that weren't answered during the initial experience.
