Spoke with a very nice lady on phone after putting item on charger. She then helped me set up all additional info for profile... ie: "notify in case of emergency" etc.

Frankie at Life Station explained at my understanding Life Alert in a non-hurried manner. I had not had a fall but, I am happy to feel secure in case of an emergency. I live alone. Praying that I will never have to use life alert. Best wishes for 2025. Magda Touya
