I was a week without the button because it stopped working. I was supposed to receive a new wrist band and button. A WEEK WITHOUT HAVING MY EMERGENCY UNIT WORK. When it arrived, it was a band and the backing for the button. NO NEW BUTTON! Something like this has happened before. Will be switching to another company and hopefully they will have "quality control" for their workers and devices. Medical Devices are critical - if they can't even get a request processed accurately, I fear what they would be like in an actual emergency!!

I had placed the order on the 12th of Jan and have the confirmation email from them with the order number. I have called almost every week as our 92 year old aunt has fallen a number of times since and really needs this device. Last week and a second $62 billing on the credit card they apologized for the delay and had elevated the issue to a supervisor who was expediting the order and said we would have it in 2-3 days. Its been another 8 days and still no device. Today (29 days later) they said they would need to redo the whole order including taking more money off the credit card and once again said they would expedite the shipping. This is starting to look more like a scam than a real business. Updated on 02/19/2023: This is the final update to my previous review. After over a month I received a call from Joe telling me they were very sorry for all the delays and stress this had caused us. Joe assured me that the unit would ship the next Monday and he would send me a tracking #, this was Feb 10th. On Monday the 13th I received the tracking number from Joe in an Email. I checked the tracking on the 14th and it showed it had not shipped. Unfortunately on the night of the 14th our Aunt had a fall during the night and with no way to alert anyone she was not found till the next day and passed away in hospital the following day. If she had received medical help earlier the outcome may have been better. Four days later I received a call from Joe expressing condolences and assuring me that the unit had now arrived at our aunt's apartment. There was also another random charge of $99.95 to her credit card.

My mother has been a customer for several years. (She has a lifeline bracelet.) While she loved the product initially, the strap's Velcro wore out last spring, and have not been able to get it replaced since May!! We continually hear that it will be sent "soon," but when it doesn't arrive (we wait a month each time), and then call back we get a different excuse (our warehouse is moving, we are having shipping problems, there are supply chain issues, etc) and a promise that one will be sent out. It is currently being held together by duct tape. 🙄

UPDATE: After posting this review, I was contacted by the company and the refund was issued. I signed up for this service for my mother. The initial online sign-up did not go through properly and was supposedly canceled when I called in, however I was still charged. I signed up a second time and this failed to go through properly so I called to address this and the rep put it through manually. The service turned out to not work in the area due to lack of cellular coverage, so I returned the equipment for refund. To date I was only refunded for the returned equipment and not the first failed transaction, despite repeated calls to customer service and assurances that it will be processed. They basically stole around $300 from me. Do not use this service!

Company gave multiple mixed answers after returning their non-functioning equipment which was purchased to support my 96 yr old mother after cancer surgery. unsure whether the issue was their equipment or cellular/wireless service. Company has not at this point refunded the charges to my credit card (per their policy) after I returned their equipment and closed my account. BUYER BEWARE

Monthly charge was higher than quoted on the phone and the pendant is distorted and operator cant understand me during test calls

Your policies are very inflexible vis-a-vis need and usage. I never had to call for your help or was even close to needing your help ever, Thanks G-d. I am on a month long vacation out of the country. Yet your policy demands the $29.95 regardless.
