I unfortunately had to Cancel my order…
I unfortunately had to Cancel my order the same day. I was told my credit card would be credited for the full yearly price as soon as you receive the equipment back. I understand that once I receive the equipment at my home I will need to call for a Return address label in order to to return the items to you.

Frankie
Frankie did a great job. He was very patient, and he explained everything carefully, and he made sure to ask if I had any other questions. He didn't use any pressure. He didn't say anything like you have to do this today because it will cost you a lot more tomorrow. Some of the businesses I called did that and I didn't like that.

Safety for me at home.
This is my first time in selecting a medical alert system. Since I am getting older and live alone, I thought it would be a good idea to have support if I did have an accident in my home.
