My questions were answered in a polite way. Explained how it works, how long it would take to have it delivered and the price which I could afford. Thomas was easy to understand.

Frankie is very knowledgeable…
Frankie is very knowledgeable about the products offered and the ordering process. He was exceedingly personable, professional, and patient. He asked all the pertinent questions to make sure I was selecting the product and service plan that best met my needs. I am anxious to receive my watch and to reassure family and friends that I can quickly receive help.

The representative was very friendly and honestly made me feel like I was someone she cared about. It was a very nice one on one with a live person.
The Representative was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Answered all my questions. We were disconnected and the representative called me back immedialtely.
