The therapist I was assigned talked for 55 of the 60 minutes........just about himself. Zero progress visit 1 without a roadmap. Tried to cancel visit 2 but it requires a call to the office. Called in time, no answer. Called again at a time that made me 'late' and was charged $100 for what amounted to a $40.00 visit. The person I talked with neither listened to my complaint of no answer when 'compliant' and claimed its just our policy while being rude and without empathy at all. Run from this company. They're in business to get your money not solve any of your issues in my opinion.

Dr.Shah didn’t believe me when I stated outpatient therapy at Beckett Springs didn’t help me. She also didn’t advise me to wean off cymbalta which resulted in withdrawal symptoms. I was out of the country for a few weeks resulting in me getting refills out of the country. They didn’t have one of my meds in that country so the doctor gave me the closest thing. I messaged Dr.Shah to see if I could take the alternative med and she didn’t give me an answer. 4 days after my initial message to her another coworker in the office messaged me back and stated Dr.Shah would give me medical advice when I was back in the country. For a psychiatrist to leave a patient to figure out medications by themselves and to let a patient stop an anti- depressant cold turkey, is unethical. I would not trust Dr.Shah with your care.

I saw Niel Talon for psychiatric medication management and didn't have the best experience. I felt dismissed and did not feel heard. He made me feel uncomfortable and like I was doing something wrong by asking for certain medications. Do not recommend.

I was running late cause of physical therapy i called to let them know i need to reschedule or i would be 10 minutes late immediately im met with 100 hundred dollar cancellation fee not will see you in 10 minutes or switch to Telehealth instead of arguing i just declined and said ill seek treatment else where

Horrible service, they refuse to allow me to pay my bill. And won’t submit consent forms, also jack up my bill with unknown charges and won’t tell me what they are. Called 5+ times with no new information

If I could give Lifestance in Milford no stars I would. Do not use Lifestance as you will have no confidentiality. I am an attorney the child's therapist came to court and testified regarding what the child said in therapy. Then she made baseless recommendation without spending any significant time with the other parent. Further the therapist complained that the child was aware of the Court proceedings because of one parent yet all of the child's therapy sessions spoke about court. Additionally, the service agreement specifically states that the therapist will not make recommendations regarding visitation or custody and will not testify in Court. I believe this therapist breached her duty as a therapist. Therapy works because children trust that what they say to the therapist will not be in a public court record. Shame on Lifestance and shame on the therapist.

Lifestance does not help clients whatsoever with appointment cancellation and they have an obnoxious cancellation policy. I requested cancellation for an appointment five days ahead of time. No one acknowledged my request. There isn't even a cancellation option on their email subjects. The rep told me it the request has to be 48 business hours before the appointment and weekends do not count. I was told it couldn't be cancelled because apparently I made the request to cancel in the evening although there was no proof of that in the correspondence on their platform. I now have to dispute the charge and I'm sure it won't be easy.

I would give a zero if I could. The phone menu is outragious and it is very hard to get a human. Impossible to cancel an appointment without being on the phone for a very very long time. For a company dealing in counseling, that is really bad! If I was anxious or angry or desperate before, that holding caused it to amplify. You can't confirm or cancel when they send a text, you can only confirm, your only hope is to hold forever. I had to pay $100 cancel fee because I could not hang on forever. It would have been cheaper to sign in and tell her I didn't need to talk anymore on the appointment.
