I had Jane Kessler as an evaluator for a custody hear,many many years ago.She was horrible.Almost think she was paid off.Almost ruined my life and accused my daughter of lying about secure abuse my her dad's father in law,and ME a liar to putting her up to it,to win the case altho I had full custody of my daughter 13 years! I later vi dicated myself and my daughter when I saw a mugshot in Joseph Gallo, Kristin Gallo Slota's dad.He was a cool but registered child sex offender from. Giving children drugs to child porn and I have to say,I lost my daughter due to a incompetant Lawyer due to the PA relocation law that was abused by Mr Slota.After 60,000 dollars tears and games by Mr Slota,Scott, WIN my baby back on appeal,in front of another horrible person,Susan Devin Scott.32 Matters of errors and complaints but I didn't give up.Howevef,the hell they BOTH put my daughter through,her siblings,will never be forgotten.She was involved in ex party communication and when I arrived at court while she was there with my x and his wife,she made a point to say hello and smirk,smirking, he did when the judge was looking. HER siblings,my mom went through hell.About poeer.Dear Jane,look up Kristin Gallo's dad and see his mugshot.So much pain.So compelling was my appeal,the Superior Court in Philadphia,put it on the family fast track This woman,not only broke rules and enjoyed me suffering,called us both liars,when Mr Gallo had been a five year,already convicted child molester and registered sex offender.I wish I had the time to expose ALL of you.DO NOT SEE THIS WOMAN.He was a swinger and with her dad,now,thinking back,Kristen also I was called Millitabt,liar, and I WISH I had the Moberly to tell the story to tge paper and face them both Do not Ever TRUST thos woman with your child,reading liar,liar, she was one herself.Call me anytime Jane Kessler.I doubt this will be printed .I only wish I could face her and after getting my baby back,having her lose her license for ex parte communication abd Susan Devin Scott for those years they stole from my families and their corruption.

Total waste of time and money. This is just a factory; meet with the "therapist" of the moment, get passed off to nurses and offered meds. Their support staff is terrible but not as bad as their billing department. Paid my co-pay each time but then got billed for the co-pay. Endless time on the phone trying to straighten that out. They even accessed my credit card to pay themselves directly even though I owed nothing. Terrible, terrible operation.

LifeStance Health denied my son service because he has two insurances. They claimed that my primary insurance "which is a great one" will not pay for their bill because my kid has secondary one which is Medicad. The office manager of Sterling location denied the service telling me that the primary will not pay because of that. I have been using my insurancies for many years with no problem with the two insurances as Medicad does not pay unless primary pays. Huge logos on their websites state helping customers of mental problems meanwhile the greed of this company reflects the oppsoite. just ink on paper.... I think that this company has a contract with Medicad and since Medicad restricts providers from overbilling clients, they denied my kid service. They want to eat the whole pie. I would give them Minus if I could......

In the last 365 days I have been transferred to a different provider 4 times. My long time provider left shortly after Lifestance bought out my providers offices. 3 months after re-establishing with another provider I was told they were leaving. No warning. And again. And now today I receive a message through the patient portal that my current provider had left a month ago! I have never been more frustrated. If anything is mentally unhealthy it’s LifeStance. I will be looking for alternative arrangements. Shame on you.

It has been nightmare ever since LifeStance Health took over my local practice. I had a decent psychiatrist and it was a decent practice. After LifeStance took over, my psychiatrist (and several others there) have decided to "retire". A few decent nurse practitioners also left. Initially, I tried to get LifeStance to get me a new provider there, but gave up after multiple unreturned phone calls and getting a new person in some far away corporate office every time I called (I can no longer call my local practice). They also say that in their transition to a new computer system, they lost my old records. I finally decided to read some reviews and if you go to a variety of websites, you will see that these reviews echo my comments (and my review echoes them). Several of them say, and I agree, that dealing with LifeStance Health has been bad for their mental health! Uniformly people say that communications with them are a nightmare. The health care professionals who work there may be OK but are overworked (because this is a publicly listed corporation whose first obligation is to make profits for stockholders). To conclude, it actually has been good that they failed to get me a new provider, because after reading so many reviews that echoed my bad experiences, I have decided to stay FAR AWAY from this outfit (read the reviews about overbilling and nightmarish experiences clients have with getting ahold of somebody in billing, situations which I luckily will be able to avoid). It is difficult to find a new mental health provider, as they are all overbooked, but I know it is best for me to avoid LifeStance.

My therapist was subpar. Lifestance Health is simply incompetent. I sent their billing department two messages and after a month, neither were responded to. I emailed the address I was referred to for complaints and they also didn't respond for weeks! They charged me for a "no-show" despite the fact that records clearly showed that I did not have a no-show. I called Lifestance at least 10 times and sent countless emails trying to have this figured out. It baffles me why they couldn't just look at the record of my appointments. I had to send them screenshots to prove that I did not have a no-show.

Before LS took over my long time therapist office, I paid $60 because insurance didn't cover it. I've been going to this therapist for YEARS! LS takes over and about a year or so of this takeover, they informed me AFTER my appointment that I now owe $150. WTH? I can only talk to my therapist now through teledoc video chat, the therapist doesnt even leave her house. They told me that I could apply for patient assistance, which i did. It has now been almost THREE months! I have emailed many times, I've called the office and noone can give me an answer on the status of my PA application. I had to abruptly stop one medication and wien off of another. I am about to lose my you know what! Can these people be held liable for my downfall?

I was a patient of this practice for over two years and can’t discourage a prospective patient enough. There’s a complete lack of office structure that blows back on patients; on more than one occasion I was a victim of the office’s disorganization left without medication I needed. Instead of being helpful and professional in these situations, the staff made things as difficult as possible and their complete lack of concern (at a mental health care facility) beyond clear. In over two years, I never received a statement; when I inquired about an owed amount, they’d say they could “put something together for me.” The office opens at 8:00, but the staff isn’t there most days until 9 or 9:30. The Clinical Director seemed to enjoy belittling me. When dealing with your mental health, you simply deserve more than a practice like LifeStance Health.
