This is the most "in your face" greedy company that is a hedge fund masquerading as a mental health provider! It is run by a former pharmacist who was a hedge fund executive and is taking advantage of a market opportunity where there are not enough mental health providers that accept insurance. They steal small behavioral health practices in a fast pace attempt to go public and grow to a critical mass to most likely be bought out by an even larger snake! Beware of the corporate delivery model of LifeStance even if there are a few good apples in the bunch.

My initial appointment was good with Dr. Dongre. He was late to our 2nd appointment. 3rd appointment (10/10) we reviewed the meds that were working and agreed with the ongoing plan. Days later,(10/17) I checked in with my pharmacy and no perscriptions submitted. A call to the office, an apology with an assured message to Dr. Dongre for immediate attention. 2 days (10/20) later no perscription. Another call to the office, a sincere apology and another assured intent to get immediate attention from Dr. Dongre. Days later no perscriptions. A last call(10/27 to the office, another sincere apology. No contact from Dr. Dongre, no call back from the office but I was told sympathetically Dr. Dongre has been swamped onboarding new patients. He has more time now because I am no longer a customer! More than a week with no meds.

I DO NOT recommend Lifestance! Patients beware of their absurd cancellation policy, because they do not inform you of the ridiculous amount they are charging. I believe in letting people know of good and bad experiences, so people can make decisions that are best for their own circumstances. If you need to see a provider with flexibility, Lifestance is probably not the best choice for you. According to Lifestance billing department, a cancellation the day before your scheduled appointment is a $300 charge unless you have a death in the family. Crazy considering that is almost 3 times as much as an appointment for an established patient. No shows are $150. I am not sure how a no show is less than a cancelled appointment??? Save yourself the headache and find a provider that does not have such ridiculous cancellation policies. Also, getting in touch with someone is almost impossible. Do your research and find an office that accommodates your needs! They are being paid for services that they are not providing. Your health matters!!! This office may give you more anxiety than you had before you started seeing them. I will be filing a complaint with the state.

DO NOT WASTE your time AND money. you can not reach anyone through phone call, and if you do happen to get someone. they over charge you. you get charged even when you don't have sessions. this company is the worst and i only hope to guide others away from this place before they continue to do more harm than good.

Impossible to reach someone, take screenshots to prove you attempted to reach your doctor during appointment times or they will start billing you even though the doctor was the no show.

My N.P. provider seems to be just "phoning it in." I don't get a sense that she really cares either way about me, she just asks me the same list of questions and wraps up. I'm only seeing her for ADHD medication management so I don't need to get the warm-fuzzies from her, but I feel like she's just checking me off her to-do list. It's completely transactional and feels gross. Customer service is atrocious. They're way too big to handle the client load effectively. I have never once gotten through to a live person when I call so I'm forced to leave a voice message. I have to hope that I'm available when they finally call back or I'll be playing phone tag with them, leaving messages back and forth forever. For 6 months they've been telling me "we're working on it" but it never improves. It's incredibly frustrating.

Please do not use this facility. I used them virtually and they have taken so much of my money without authorization or an appointment. They refused to allow me to see my doctor because of a ton of inappropriate charges, which caused my depression and suicidal ideation to flare up. The lady that I spoke with was unprofessional and did not care about me as an individual or a patient. My doctor was trying to see me, because she knew I was unstable, but they would now allow her to see me. Even thought I have not been allowed to see my doctor, I'm still being charged more and more every week. My therapist has left this facility (THANKFULLY) so now I am having to find a new psychiatrist. Please consider using another facility.

I do not recommend this place for any mental health needs at all!! I showed up before my appt time and was informed I had to wear a mask or they would cancel the appt right then. I asked why I was not informed on this when I made the appointment. The MD said it was a company policy. I asked why it wasn't on their website nor was I informed when I made the appointment, then she changed her story and said that the practitioners can make that choice. She asked me questions in our meeting when I answered she would gaslight me at least 4 times because she didn't like my answer. Poor bedside manners, cold, forgetful of what you just said. Will never use this practice and will never recommend it to anyone. My opinions and experiences are my own.
