Alicia is a wonderful therapist. The front staff is always friendly. But most times when I call, I’m stuck on hold for a long period of time or my call isn’t taken.

We have been receiving video couples counseling through LifeStance, through our Kaiser insurance. It works pretty well. Our therapist is great. There have been a few technical glitches, but they work out. I do think there is a lot of repeated and unnecessary questions when logging in for your appointment.

Friendly welcoming staff at reception. I brought my new ESA puppy to my Apt. They were very accommodating to this. My Nurse Practioner Dawn, was just the best. Very understanding, listened to me and guided me through medication options for my mental health needs. Would highly recommend life stand to others.

I am happy with both Dr Horstman and Ed Rowinski. They are both encouraging me to change living situation. Ed is helping me to get on proper meds.Both listen to me and help me get well.

Great professional service and the providers are compassionate and not just hearing you they listen to understand you, which in turn causes you to listen to understand . Thank you Lifestance made a big difference in my life. Just keep me with one provider that's why I gave you a 4 stars. Thank you

I have only had 1 appt so probably too early for a review, but they asked. I was not told to load a special app prior to my appt so that created some problems. The practitioner was okay, but not sure I agree with her treatment plan. Too big of a change in meds at one time. Not sure I will continue treatment here ,

I have been very blessed to have my doctor here. I had one therapist, and don't think we were matched very well, but I was matched with Jacob Kirkwood as my med provider, and l have been very pleased, and felt taken care of. I struggle with bad suicidal OCD and depression, and he has been a listening ear, and prescribs accordingly. Scheduling appts has been easy and quick, but sometimes the wait time can be a month to actually get an appointment. I hope you find the care you need! The world is a better place with you in it, and I hope that they can make you see and enjoy that.

It was difficult to get an appointment but getting with Lynn was worth it! Very informative and down to earth in her demeanor. Impactful in her responses to my issues. Looking forward to seeing her again.
